Home time.
So the time has come around again where I can pack up my things and go back home...
here's to the home-made meals and washing being done.
En route: the tricks of the trade- Vice and goodies
I put my foot down this time however and refused to pay National Rails extortionate prices and opted for the scenic route of the bus. usually when people use the word scenic it makes me feel uneasy, as if I'm about to endure a coach journey of doom, sat by the hideous public toilet at the back, with the fidgety child sat behind me kicking my chair.
Although, it wasn't like that at all; in fact I was quite pleasantly surprised. I mean not necessarily by the coach, as once you've seen a coach it's fair to say you've seen them all.
but the route itself really was scenic.
I saw lots of little quaint boutiques, tea shops and restaurants, all of which had either beautiful displays or frontiers, evoking the type of English country that we can only be proud of.
Matlock/Bakewell?
I'm contemplating to stop on my way back to Nottingham so I can capture some of the window displays- most of which were themed around Alice in Wonderland- which had been given much attention to detail.
The world outside...
I'd like to mark this journey as one which is not yet finished.
...TO BE CONTINUED...
